2. Vent Upgrades:

• If your installation requires a vent upgrade from 3" to 4", we'll take care of it without any additional cost.

3. Gas Flex:

• A new gas flex, as required by code, is included in our pricing.

4. Materials, Fittings, and Labor:

• General materials, fittings, alterations, truck supplies are covered.

5. Gas Permits and Hydro Inspection:

• We handle the cost of the gas permit on gas installations, as well as making arrangements for a Manitoba Hydro inspection, ensuring compliance and safety.

6. Travel Charges:

• For customers within the city of Winnipeg, there are no travel charges. Our services are accessible and affordable.

7. Old Water Heater Disposal:

• We'll safely dispose of your old water heater, so you won't have to worry about it!

• You won't find any unexpected fuel surcharges on your bill.

We take full responsibility for materials and alterations in specific areas to ensure a hassle-free installation. Our coverage includes the hot water line to the joist space, the cold water line to the water heater shut off valve, the gas line up to the gas shut off valve and the venting up to the point where it connects to your homes chimney system.
